Acquisition Emphasizes QuintEvents’ Growth, Allowing Further Guest Transportation Opportunities at World’s most Prestigious Events

GoHammerhead offers world-class, customized transportation solutions on a global scale at sports and business events. This strategic acquisition further strengthens QuintEvents’ position as a leader in the travel and experiences industry by combining its premium hospitality packages with GoHammerhead’s unique and innovative transportation services.

The acquisition allows Quint to deliver design, management, and execution of event guest transportation for its existing partners as well as incorporating the business of standalone transportation outside its current portfolio.

In addition to its current partnership with QuintEvents, GoHammerhead will continue to provide its services to multinational brands and marketing/event agencies at events like Formula 1®, World Economic Forum, Goodwood Festival of Speed, Kentucky Derby, MotoGP, Formula E, World Endurance Championship, UEFA Champions League and many other sports and business events, where it adds value to the most demanding hospitality programs.
