Press Release: QuintEvents Appoints Taylor Silva as Vice President of Promoter Relations for F1 Experiences

Silva joins new leadership at Quint following the announcement of Brian Ruede as CEO, in addition to other leadership changes

Charlotte, NC - (March 7th, 2023) – QuintEvents, the industry-leading provider of official ticket, hospitality and travel experiences to many of the world's most prominent sports and entertainment events is pleased to announce the appointment of Taylor Silva as Vice President of Promoter Relations in the Americas for F1 Experiences. This news comes as a result of Quint’s continued relationship with Formula 1 and the expansion of the brand in North and South America. With the addition of the new Las Vegas Grand Prix, Formula 1 currently has six races across the Americas for which Silva will oversee promoter relations. Silva will manage Quint’s relationship with F1 promoters, in addition to the business development and facilitation for F1 Experiences events.

“We are thrilled to welcome Taylor Silva to the team. His experience and expertise present exciting new opportunities to further our relationship with Formula 1 and its key stakeholders in the Americas,” said Brian Ruede, CEO of QuintEvents. “With Formula 1’s explosive growth in the Americas, Silva will be an invaluable asset to capitalize on the Formula 1 experience economy.”

Silva brings invaluable experience to the Quint team. His previous role was with the Las Vegas Grand Prix as the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development and Vice President of Commercial Partnerships. In those roles, he assisted with building the core team and sales strategy for the first-ever Formula 1 race in Las Vegas. Prior to joining the Las Vegas Grand Prix team, Silva spent ten years with the now Las Vegas Raiders, most recently as Director of Strategy and Business Development. During his time with the Raiders, Silva was responsible for building ancillary revenue streams and providing data-driven analysis for the team’s relocation from Oakland.

“I am excited to start this new and innovative role with the Quint team,” said Silva. “I look forward to growing and expanding our relationships with the incredible partners we have across the Americas, as well as bringing new strategic partnerships to the table as we look to broaden our horizons within the Formula 1 space.”

This hire comes on the heels of other recent hires and leadership changes by QuintEvents including Nick Cardinale as COO, Evan Bruno as VP of NBA Experiences, and Brian Ruede assuming the position of CEO.
